Yoga Classes, Hikes & Upcoming Events

Yoga Hikes, what are they? Taking the power of nature with the ancient practice of yoga we will set out onto the trails to set our intention, ignite the fire within (tapas) and add standing poses (asanas).  Trails vary in length from 2-8 miles and we will stop along the way to reflect/observe as we explore standing postures. Join existing Yoga Hikes (see schedule below) or contact me for private group hikes. Workshops, create your next intention by working off the ebb and flow of the moon cycles.
