Halo Creations was started to help others on their spiritual journey. I have been on the path to self exploration and spirituality for over thirty years. My passion for this has led me to study a variety of techniques professionally, beginning in 2003 beginning with Kundalini. I currently hold certifications as a Reiki Master/Teacher, 500HR Yoga Teacher,  Kundalini Yoga, Yin Yoga, Meditation, Breathwork, Sound Bath practitioner and hold a Master's of Spiritual Healing (MSH) 2010. I am a member of  the International Natural Healer’s Association, Kundalini Inner Circle & Yoga Alliance.

 

Each session is tailored specifically to serve the client’s needs at the time of the session. My client’s well-being is always at the heart of my sessions. In my practice, I focus on the holistic relationship between the body, mind & spirit along with their contribution to one’s health and over all well-being.

 

I have a professional background in Technology & Operations and am currently a Scrum Master.
